In a time of absolute sadness and some what despair after the passing of my brother, our family went to San Jacinto Memorial Park for assistance with making arrangements. Wonderful… Is the word I can use to describe Ernestine and Aaron. My father passed away recently and from start to finish their professionalism and compassion was beyond any expectations I had anticipated. Words cannot begin to explain the gratitude I feel for these two wonderful people because without them I would have been so lost. Since the moment I walked in and met Ernestine she made me feel comfortable in what was the worst time of my life… And when Aaron met with me to finalize details from the start he made sure no small detail was left out. The day came for my dads services and everything fell into place. I showed up 30 min before to make sure my dads slideshow would work and of course it didn’t play. Aaron quickly got to work and made it happen… The slideshow began to play as the first guests arrived it was perfect. Bob I met on the first night of the services and his compassion and heartfelt worry for the family, with my mom having such a difficult time was very deeply appreciated as well. If any unfortunate time arises I would recommend San Jacinto Funeral Home and their staff hands down.

I would like to advise San Jacinto Cemetery and Funeral Home management of the excellent service that Angie Ojeda provided to me beginning on Thanksgiving Day, and many communications there after. Recently, my mom, P.J, wanted to upgrade my father’s memorial. We met with Susie Zuniga at your office and she helped to design and have a memorial bench going to placed in my father’s memory. Ms. Zuniga was tireless in her efforts to get this accomplished in order to meet my mom’s desires and expectations as to what my mom wanted. My mother and I just wanted to tell you how much we appreciate all the work Ms. Zuniga did to get this project underway. We are very excited to get to see the finished product in a few weeks. K.C

We had our funeral services and burial arrangements held here for my father who recently passed. It was a tough time as this was the first time I had to plan something like this. I knew nothing about funeral arrangements and how everything worked what you could and couldn’t do. Thanks to the help of Matthew Godfrey who helped me and my brother plan everything out and even helped us by being the bad guy for us which I loved. At a time like this you don’t realize how bad you don’t want to be bothered Matthew gave us his personal cell phone number to hand out so that if anyone had questions about the services they could talk to him about it and he could handle it. I’ve never been the type to write a review but this funeral home deserves it!! Also, a special thank you to Michael Garcia for helping us the day of our services and for all the help of the staff at San Jacinto what a great team!!!
