About 360 Therapy

360 Therapy is a team of professional therapists in the Chicago area providing comprehensive psychotherapy services for various clients. With a Master’s Degree from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology, Richard launched his mental health career at Neuroquest in Skokie, IL. There, under the supervision of Elsa Baehr, Ph.D., Richard served as Neurofeedback therapist and Psychotherapist. While at Neuroquest he co-developed CogFit Quest, ltd., specializing in cognitive fitness and brain training for adults.

Services

Individual therapy is the process whereby an individual works with a professional that is trained to understand the workings and functions of the human ego and mind. There are many reasons for seeking out such help and there are many theories of therapy that can assist you towards achieving your goals. The most important aspect of individual therapy; however, is the relationship between you and the professional assisting you. This process is effectively done with someone that is understanding, compassionate, and resolute towards helping you comprehend yourself, understanding where the problems lie and finding concrete methods to ameliorate the situation. We here at 360 Therapy are professionals with many years’ training along with a vast repertoire of clients we have helped to regain control over their own lives.

I was nervous about going to therapy, but I knew I needed some help dealing with my stress and anxiety. From my first session with Richard, I felt at ease. Over the next year and a half Richard and I worked on practices and tools for managing stress. Richard is a supportive, down-to-earth counselor–who works with you to help you discover how you can face, and manage, your own challenges head on.
